The agency is established as Gloucester Family Day Care, offering family day care
(what is now commonly known as "home child care") to parents seeking
child care in a home setting.

The Community Outreach program is established, offering neighbourhood-based
drop-ins for children, parents and caregivers.

A Toy Lending Library is added to the Community Outreach program.

The agency changes
its name to Gloucester Child Care Services.

Elizabeth Park Child Care Centre, a south-Ottawa day care centre
formerly operated by the Canadian military at Uplands, joins the agency.

The agency opens a new, bilingual centre in the east end of Ottawa:
Garderie Héritage Child Care Centre.

| 1993 |
Rideau Valley Child Care Centre joins the agency, after the centre, formerly
Long Island Day Care, is converted from for-profit to non-profit operations.

The agency opens Forest Valley School Age Program in Forest Valley Elementary School in Orleans.

| 2003 |
The
agency changes its name to
Global Child Care Services and a
new logo is created.

The agency welcomes two Orleans child care centres: Fallingbrook
School Age Program, housed within Fallingbrook Community Elementary School
and Trillium School Age Program, housed within Trillium Elementary School. |

The agency opens a brand new child care centre, Canyon Walk School Age Program, housed within Steve MacLean Public School in the community of Riverside South.
